Co-Op Responsibilities

What we expect from families

At BHPPNS, parents actively engage in their child’s education. 
 
Co-op responsibilities include: 
  • Work in the classroom once a week, guided by our certified teachers.  
  • Assist with running the school with a family job, such as Yard Maintenance, Librarian, Playdough Maker, and more. 
  • Attend a classroom participant training, a Back to School meeting, and 3-4 evening membership meetings for parent education and to connect with other parents. 
  • 10 monthly tuition payments 
  • Share your skills, interests, or values with your class through a special project on a scheduled date during class hours. 
  • Provide a healthy, allergen-free snack for your class on a rotating basis. 
  • One laundry duty and two community clean-ups annually
